I would like to buy lot in Eden Roc. You would need to accept down payment of $ 2,000 and the balance over 4-6 years @ 7% interest or similar terms. Please send or post info/pics address of lot if possible. Thanks

I am flying out in august 2008 to look at some lots. Ideally, cheap as possible and owner finance with 5K down and say 8% over 60 months will pay off very early though. you can call me toll free at 866-668-1024
