COMMITTEE REPORT TINA BURT-TOLLAND reported signs and waste collections update on removal of large appliances that have been dumped in Eden Roc.
STREET REVIEW for 40 foot easements on cross roads so please report automobiles to 808-935-3311
Hawaiizerowaste.org for vehicles on private property. (fence lines are 5 ft behind telephone poles)

AUDITS Any member can request Audit. It costs a couple thousand dollars though.
BYLAWS: Verified 1982 bylaws are the ones filed with the state. Stamped copy will be added to the 2024 minutes book held by Secretary Melody Masterson.
Second Motion for use of allocation of funds from January meeting by Jasper Carta,
Seconded and all in Favor. $30000.00 for road maintenance/ $5000.00 mowing/ $5000.00 for rock
Haylie Taylor motions for updates to Community Minutes from January to add monetary accountant totals for credits/debits
