what you are suggesting is not only dangerous to the public but also criminal, people placing rocks in the eden roc easement right of way are doing so at their own risk of being sued and being held criminally responsible if someone hits these rocks and are injured. those of us who mow the sides of the roads in front of our properties hate it when these trucks do this, however suggesting a criminal act to thwart them is not right. remember the easements are 40 feet on all side roads except for Ahi, Punahele, and Punawai,(8,17,26) which are 60 feet, as it is on Kahikopele, Ohia, and Palainui. if anyone needs info on the easements and where your property starts on your road email me at erea@edenrocestates.com.
