I placed a piece of plexiglass over the sign in the front of the subdivision. Not sure if it will last but it looks better than the ripped hanging Plastic.

Thanks everyone, it was very minor and did not take much time. I currently have a lot of projects started. However down the road when i can see the light I would like to approach the board on different subjects from Internet to better roads . I feel the board is doing a good job for what they have to work with but let's try and get them more to work with. There has to be grants or other funding sources out there. Any ideas ???
