Hi Everyone,

I am in the process of trying to purchase a home in Eden Roc. I am trying to qualify for a USDA loan however, I need something stating in writing that the road maintenance fees are mandatory. Does anyone know of any document that states this? Or, can one be made to help me qualify for this loan? Has anyone else that has purchased a home there gotten a USDA loan?

Try calling the Eden Roc Estates Association number. It is a message line. 808-968-8484. Louie, who has been doing the billing can help you with that. I also sent him an email, so he should be able to get back to you and let you know what he can provide in the way of information. I like it here, hope you succeed in joining us. Peggy
