- This is a dendrobium? In the same family with Bird of Paradise.
-

- Sleeping Hibiscus, or Turk's Cap. It does not open up like a regular Hibiscus.
-

- Called a Forest Orchid by some of my friends, I forget the botanical name.
-

- Cheating here, mine has not yet bloomed, but is doing well.
-

- Lehua blossom on ohia tree
-

- This is called cat's whiskers. You can see why.
-

- Swiss Cheese Plant. Monstera deliciosa, actually has an edible fruit, if you let it get very ripe
-

- Gardenias, smell so good. I have three kinds here, and there are more I could add.
-

- Torch ginger.
-

- Hibiscus comes in many colors and blossom shape.
-

- This is called blue ginger. The color is really a little darker, a very long lasting bloom.
-

- Creamy one here, I have a few purple ones, but none blooming now
-

- And they come in colors.
-

- Anthuriums love it here.

Thanks for that. I try to grow what grows easily here. I'm working on some orchids, and they are doing okay.
