July 17, 2004 MINUTES
Board Members Present: Louie Miller and Tim Hill
Meeting to Order: 10:00 a.m.
Treasurer�s Report:
Beginning balance :$52184.38 Trust $185014.00
Debits: 561.09 (available 1/1/04)
Credits: 570.00 $7412.00
Balance: 52193.29
Park: 3589.40
Fire Station: 1195.96
Abandoned Cars: Range Towing towed out a bunch of cars. But the board was not sure if the county had towed any.
Neighborhood Watch: Tim Hill said he is talking to the police asking what can be done with the people racing on the front road. Two people were arrested for breaking into houses. Tom has had people vandalizing his birds of paradise again.
Park Report: Nancy and Louie painted the walls. Next phase is putting in windows and staining the doors and trim. As far as the grant they have not talked with Louie
Volunteer Fire Dept.: House on 10th street burned to the ground.
Road Report: We are still waiting to hear from Yamada as to when they are going to pave. A couple more loads of rock were dumped. Louie has an on going list of places that need rock. If you want rock he will put you on the list.
