Aloha Future Friends,
Looking to buy an acre in ER, eBay has one now listed for 22k (I know its alot but gets me in with payments) its on Wailele Road

I was hoping someone who is there could give me a quick overview of that piece of land, Power there?,level, buildable?, is it way out there?, area fine for crime? etc,
This ol moke is trying to buy my future homesite, getting back to Hawai'i to live with my happy Ohana!
