Is there any rules regarding land easements in eden roc or anywhere on the BI. Thanks

Yes, there are rules... but I don't know what they are. The numbers I've heard from people many times is 20' from all 4 lines on your land, as far as building any structure. Don't know if it's accurate, but it's a starting place... Anyone else have the correct information?

It is really confusing because the building department has a pamphlet that has different setbacks amounts for different purposes and it also depends on how big the parcel is. The safest thing is to call the building department and ask them about your particular TMK.
