We act for an estate which owns a vacant block of land situated in Eden Roc Estate TMK 3-1-1-98-12. The area of the land is 29,359 sq ft (.670 acres). We wish to sell the land on behalf of the estate and are seeking expressions of interest. We are a legal firm situated in Sydney Australia.

That is something we are trying to establish. We would expect to get a price which is reasonably close to the current market value and that is why we have asked for expressions of interest.

Dude just say what you want. It's a piece of Sh-T lot in a bad economy in a area with many huge lots under 20k. your lot is worth maybe 5k if you can get it. stop sounding like your brokering a palace for the Royal family.

Is the land still available?
