i just bought lot #3-1-1-72-63 on mikana st and was wondering what if any are the building heighth restrictions and what is the smallest square footage you can build

Some sleep in a old bus I wouldn't worry about it. If you can't afford to build something decent and submit plans then just build what you like. Plenty of shacks up there. Welcome to Eden-On-Blocks
