Cheap Lot for Sale

My husband and I were gifted a one acre lot in Eden Roc Estates. We live in upstate NY and have no plans or opportunity to visit or develop this site. We are selling it for $5000. If anyone is interested I will send you the tax map code and pictures. I know the lot is toward the back end of Eden Roc and is undeveloped.
