Board Members 2nd vote on $30,000 of Road maintenance funds - motion passes
unanimously
Update requested on final report of Surveying work commissioned in January 2023 in response
to reports of trespassing individuals constructing illegal and unauthorized structure(s) on Eden
Roc Estates 10 acre Park parcel #41 on Roads 19 and 20
Residents in attendance complain of the dangers to traffic, emergency responders and school
children getting on and off the bus in front of the property on Road 13 and Palainui which has a
prohibited number of derelict vehicles parked within the Road Easement/Shoulder of Palainui
inches from the pavement of one of the two main traffic arteries for entering and leaving the
community preventing traffic from yielding safely to Emergency vehicles or oversized
construction vehicles at the top of a blind hill
Board Members voted to appropriate $5,000 for gravel and $5,000 for mowing along
community roads - motion passes unanimously
Resident in attendance complain of illegal junkyard/auto dismantling occurring on residential
lot on Road 25. Advised to submit formal complaint to Hawaii County Planning Department
