Abandoned Cars: Four more have been tagged and will be removed. Still many others have to be tagged and removed.

Neighborhood Watch: Eden Roc has grown and it is time to support this program and Tim Hill with time and effort. Neighborhood watch number is 968-6024 to report things and they will be checked out. All in all a pretty quiet month, and Tim captured 23 wild pigs.

Park Report: The steel carport previously approved was purchased and will be installed in the park for shelter from sun and rain for meetings. Should be put up shortly.

Volunteer Fire Department: Solar power for electric pump for the water and lights in the firehouse is on hand and will be installed as soon as we get some volunteers. Gate between associations has been broken numerous times in the last month and motion was made, seconded and passed to seal off this access so it is impossible to get thru.

Road Report: Still waiting for paving company to give us a firm date to start at the entrance to Eden Roc and the unpaved side of Kahikopele. Ohia and 19th will get some new gravel dropped to fill where it has washed out.

Old Business: Don’t forget answering machine for Eden Roc is 968-8484. Remember in an emergency call 911. Coqui frog spraying continues in some areas and seems to be helping.

New Business: January 6th at 10 AM will be election of new board members. Anyone interested in running call Louie Miller. Motion made and passed to re-imburse Coqui frog crew for 207.00 for there out of pocket expenses, and to thank them for there continued efforts. Motion made and passed to pay 200.00 per month to Louie Miller starting the first of the year to maintain Eden Roc books. The new board will have to decide if they want to continue using him or find someone else. Have to find someone new to mow park and roadways as Kelly will not be able to do it anymore. Riding lawnmower or small tractor will need to be purchased to maintain what has already been accomplished.
