Abandoned Cars: Three more abandoned vehicles were removed. Five or six more have been tagged and will be removed. Guest mentioned others that need to be removed and these will be addressed.

Neighborhood Watch: No one to make a report. Time was spent explaining what is involved and how important a part the residents play. Eden Roc has grown and it is time to support this program and Tim Hill with time and effort. Neighborhood watch number is 968-6024 to report things and they will be checked out. Stickers for vehicles approved and passed. These stickers will identify vehicles that belong in our association area.

Park Report: A steel carport was previously approved for purchase and will be installed in the park for shelter from sun and rain for meetings. Water tank covered and secured to keep people from playing with it.

Volunteer Fire Department: Water tank is covered and secured to keep people from playing with it. Need to build lean-to from firehouse to catch rainwater to fill the tank completely and we will have solar power for electric pump for the water in the firehouse.

Road Report: Paving will start in the next couple of weeks at the entrance to Eden Roc and the unpaved side of Kahikopele will be done as far as funds will allow. It was brought up that the hill between 12 and 14 on Palainui is a problem and will be looked at to see what could be done. This is the first time this has come up this year and the new Board will be able to look at it after the first of the year when funds become available.

Old Business: Don’t forget answering machine for Eden Roc is 968-8484. Gate between associations is constantly being broken and has being repaired. In an emergency call 911 for them to open it. Coqui frog spraying continues in some areas and seems to be helping but it looks like there is no stopping them.

New Business: Need to purchase and post one-lane signs for roads where it is not paved on both sides.
