Board Members Present: Louie Miller, Kolea Quincey, and Tim Hill.

Meeting Called To Order: 10:00 AM

Treasurer’s Report:

Beginning balance: $ 39,019.80 Trust At: $182,291.00

Debits: 1,477.62

Credits: 2,025.00

Balance: 39,801.99

Park: 3,274.43

Fire Station: 215.91

Abandoned Cars: Four abandoned vehicles were removed. Nine more have been tagged and will be removed. Guest mentioned others that need to be removed and these will be addressed.

Neighborhood Watch: Someone has been dropping off pallets on different roads. This has to stop and we need to catch them. Other than that it has been a quiet month.

Park Report: Still considering a small covered area to get out of the rain. There are steel carports available reasonably. Motion made and passed to get this purchased and start.

Volunteer Fire Department: No one available to give a report but no one present was aware of any in the last month. Waterlines underground from water catchment to Fire House is done, Thanks to Dave Vanderwalle and his crew.

Road Report: Paving will start in the next couple of weeks at the entrance to Eden Roc and the unpaved side of Kahikopele will be done as far as funds will allow. Still looking for funds (loan) to pave both sides of street thru 17th then put up “one lane road” signs. USDA might have some low rate loans and will be checked out.

Old Business: Don’t forget answering machine for Eden Roc is 968-8484. Gate between associations is constantly being broken and has been repaired. They are also cutting the locks. A replacement with extra keys runs over 50.00. Coqui frog spraying continues.

New Business: Remember dogs running loose need to be on a leash. Need to purchase and post one-lane signs for roads where it is not paved on both sides. Need volunteers for new board members.
