Board Members Present: Louie Miller, Dave Vanderwalle Tim Hill, and Fred Benardella.
Meeting Called To Order: 10:00 AM

Treasurer’s Report:
Beginning balance: $53,092.43 Trust At: $178,743.00

Fire Station: 3,674.22

Abandoned Cars: one new one left on 21st in the past month. It was decide to start putting a notice on the vehicle telling them they have two weeks before it is removed. This way if it belongs to someone they have time to remove it.

Neighborhood Watch: Caught six pigs in the last month. Four dogs were also caught running loose and brought to the Humane Society. Other than that it has been a quiet month. If anyone has the magnetic Neighborhood Watch signs please call the association phone number to make arrangements to return them so they could be put to use.

Park Report: Still looking for suggestions on how to best use the funds available. Come to the meeting and make some suggestions.

Volunteer Fire Department: Three calls, one power line down, car fire, and a structure fire in Fern Forest. Plumbing done in Fire House next step water tank and inspection.

Road Report: Still trying to get someone to clear trees at entrance to Eden Roc. Bids have been received but they are very high. Looking at alternatives and other sources. Hope to get this done and repave the entrance. Still under consideration is widening our road right of ways, clearing back trees, brush and rocks.

Old Business: Information packets are being hand delivered to association members to let them know what is going to be done. Separate phone number and answering machine for Eden Roc is 968-8484. Insurance has been obtained for the year.

New Business: Coqui frog spraying continues. Motion made, seconded and passed to clear the side of 17 and to start to clear the front entrance and balance to be used for paving.Motion made and seconded and passed for $2000 for roadside clearing from 17 to 25th. Motion made , seconded and passed for $20000 for road resurfacing. Motion made,seconded and passed for $20000 to cut down the albecia trees by the rock wall.
