EDEN ROC ESTATES ASSOCIATION
2005 ANNUAL MEETING
JANUARY 15, 2005

Board Members Present: Dave Vanderwalle, Louie Miller and Tim Hill.

Monthly meetings are held on the third SATURDAY of the month at 10:00 a.m. at the fire station.

Meeting to Order: 10:30 a.m.

Abandoned Cars: One car was towed we seem to be making progress with abandoned cars.

Neighborhood Watch: Has been pretty quiet.

Park Report: Community service people will be jackhammering holes so we can cement posts in the ground and run heavy chain through them. Also this month we plan on putting in a half court basketball court. Thursday, January 27 forms will be placed and Saturday, January 29 we will pour concrete for the court. Louie will look into getting the backboard.

Volunteer Fire Dept.: No calls this month. Windows are in, fixtures are set, one window needs painting, disabled parking signs will be erected in the near future. When all this is complete Louie will call for a final. With a final maybe we can get the grant.

Road Report: The pothole crews are in progress of patching. A crew will be painting a centerline at the corner of Kahikopele and Kopua.

Old Business: Still need volunteers to help with the couqi frog problem.

New Business: Dave has sign up sheets for volunteer work. Working at the park, fire station, striping the road, couqi frog, neighborhood watch etc.

Annual Meeting: New Board Members are: Louie Miller, Tim Hill, Dave Vanderwalle, who are currently on the board, the other two are Karen Bender and Mike Schultz. We also have two alternates Martin Quincy and Terry Tarton.
