Board Members Present: Louie Miller and Tim Hill
Meeting to Order: 10:00 a.m.

Treasurer�s Report:
Beginning balance :$15421.36 Trust $187292.00
Debits: 1066.74 (available 1/1/04)
Credits: 620.00 $7412.00
Balance: 14974.62
Park: 4063.40
Fire Station: 1489.30
Debits were for rock and towing of cars.

Abandoned Cars: Most of the abandoned cars left in the subdivision cannot be towed by a regular tow truck and will have to be picked up and placed on a flattruck to removed.

Neighborhood Watch: A jeep was stolen from a lot on the front road.

Park Report: Louie got a quote for fencing to be placed around the park. He is looking for volunteers to put up the fence.

Volunteer Fire Dept.: Dave was not at the meeting to give an update on the fire department.

Road Report: Road 21 was cleared so the mover can go down it. A request was made to spray a yellow line on the front road. People are cutting the corner and almost causing wrecks. The trees in the front was brought up again. We are talking with the county to help with the funds If that doesn�t happen the consensus is for us to bite the bullet and pay the $16000.00 ourselves.

Old Business: Fire access between Fern Forest and Eden Roc

New Business: Third weekend in January will be the elections for the new board. Proxies must be submitted by the December meeting Saturday Dec. 18, 2004. We are needing new people to run for the board. We need a minimum five people. Some of the board members we have now cannot make it to the meetings. Will move forward on a basketball court(half) for the park.
