We are using a Virgin MI-FI for our internet. $50 a month, usually produces a dial up speed for us. We tried Starband. It went out a lot, and speed was also minimal. I wish the phone company had DSL out here. Peggy

There are many lots listed with MLS. The price range is very variable. Sometimes for no apparent reason. You won't have electric available until you have a building permit, I am told.
