Road maintenance fees in Eden Roc
Hi Everyone, I am in the process of trying to purchase a home in Eden Roc. I am trying to qualify for a USDA loan however, I need something stating in writing that the road maintenance fees are mandatory. Does anyone know of any document that states this?
