This is my speculation -- I think the price of a lot right now depends on how desperate the person is to sell.

It is really confusing because the building department has a pamphlet that has different setbacks amounts for different purposes and it also depends on how big the parcel is. The safest thing is to call the building department and ask them about your particular TMK.
