Dude just say what you want. It's a piece of Sh-T lot in a bad economy in a area with many huge lots under 20k. your lot is worth maybe 5k if you can get it. stop sounding like your brokering a palace for the Royal family.

I would like to buy lot in Eden Roc. You would need to accept down payment of $ 2,000 and the balance over 4-6 years @ 7% interest or similar terms. Please send or post info/pics address of lot if possible. Thanks
